Are your units climate controlled?
Temperature controlled units are typically for moisture and humidity control and we are fortunate to have a very dry climate in Teton Valley, Idaho. Although we do not offer “climate controlled” units, all of our buildings are engineered with fully insulated roofs to withstand the temperature swings from hot to cold, helping to mitigate any moisture or condensation build up, keeping your stored items clean & dry.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
We only require 10 days’ notice before you plan to vacate. Just call or email the office to let us know.
Is rent prorated when I move in?
Yes, you only pay rent starting on the day you sign your lease, no matter what day of the month it is.
Can I move to a smaller or bigger unit?
Yes. You can move anytime. We want you to be happy with your space, just give us a call when you are ready and if we have what you need, we can transfer you right over the phone. If we don’t have what you need, we will call you as soon as one opens up.
Can I pay my bill online?
You can log into your account anytime to pay your bill, rent another unit, or check on your past billing history.
Do you offer automatic payments?
Signing up for our “EZ Pay” program is simple, easy, and free! Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month to your preferred payment method on file.
Are handcarts or dollies available to use?
Yes. To help make loading your space easier, we offer free hand carts and dollies to move heavier items while you are on the property. Just ask your location manager for one on move-in day.
When can I access my storage unit?
You will have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During the winter months we have a dedicated plow service that provides you with access to your unit all winter long.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, each tenant needs to provide their own lock so only they have access to their unit. Be sure to ask us about our secure disc locks that you can purchase at a discounted rate when you are moving in.
Do you charge a security deposit?
No. Simply put, we trust you to be an accountable renter and value that you trust us to secure your belongings at our facilities.
